WHEN SOMETHING FEELS WRONG
Write when it happened and what you saw, leaving out PINs, one-time codes, passwords and account numbers.
Use the SACCO email published by BNR or ask the SACCO to confirm another channel.
Keep the reference for your message and the reply so you can follow up.
